Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our policy carefully before confirming your booking so you know exactly what to expect should you need to cancel.
Payment Terms
Booking Deposit
A minimum deposit of 30% of the total booking value (or the full amount if less) is required to confirm your reservation.
Final Balance Due Date
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 30 days before your tour departure date.
Cancellation Charges
More than 30 days before tour
Deposit forfeited
If you cancel with more than 30 days to go, you will lose your full deposit. No additional charges apply to the remaining balance.
30 days before tour
50% of total price
Cancellations made at the 30-day mark will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total booking price.
15 days before tour
100% of total price
Cancellations within 15 days of departure will forfeit the full booking amount. No refund will be issued.
Important: Cancellation charges are based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
